This Linear Bearing Block (Pillow Block) is used to slide along a 10mm smooth rod.
These have a 30*25mm / 35*30mm / 40*35mm / 42*36mm / 44*38.5mm platform and four holes tapped for M4 machine screws – so you can attach pretty much anything you want.
