A word about shipping
Once you have placed an order with Bulk-Man 3D we begin the process of packaging your items and arranging shipment. Dispatch of orders are generally within 3 business days of payment being received, however if the item purchased is out of stock a further lead time will incur. On this occasion we will contact you directly with further information about your order and shipment.
Standard packages are shipped via DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT and other major carriers. We will arrange different delivery according to the region and country the parcel is destined for. If you have a preferred carrier please contact us or leave a note on your order and we will endeavour to meet your request, this is subject to the carrier’s availability in the destination’s location.
Standard delivery via our recommended carriers is 7 business days, however this is subject to environmental and political influences. Once an order is dispatched we have no further control of the parcel.
Occasionally you may not received your package within the expected time, please contact us and we will track the item with you and liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
